The Mount Airey Group, Inc. (MAG) is a growing technology services company that focuses on information security and security related business processes. Information security is comprised of multiple factors, many of which need to be embedded in information management policies and infrastructure to be effective. Our value is in bringing our customers both formalized methods for planning and implementing information security as well as strategic talent reserves. Our people have security experience not commonly held by most IT operations or development staff and we ensure that they are the best in the business through on-going training, mentoring, and assignments that challenge them. The Mount Airey Group was founded in 2001 and is currently in the U.S. Small Business Administration section 8(a) program. We primarily service the Federal Government and hold a Top Secret facility clearance. Most of our people have been cleared for DoD Secret or higher level work. We also have a high proportion of personnel with CISSP and ISSAP certifications and are actively recruiting and adding staff with these credentials. MAG is an employee owned company and has an employee first motto. We believe that when our employees are happy and satisfied with their work, that our customers will receive the highest quality work possible. Since our inception, this policy has proven correct and we have achieved an employee turnover rate below 5% and a customer retention rate of 95%.
